I loved the items and the value was fantastic. I bought it for the murad spf that I've received previously and loved. My only issue was the dispatch and delivery time. I've noticed a couple of times it's at the expected delivery date before it's even dispatched. Last month my partner ordered me a mystery box for my birthday and I ordered myself the hair care box the same day. The hair care box arrived quickly but the mystery box was delayed and missed my birthday by around 3 days. My partner messaged for updates as I did with this box but neither got replies

Love Murad products and am very pleased with the mascara which can be applied without clumping even on two coats which I find fantastic. Lipstick is a lovey summer colour and feels lovey.
Unfortunately, due to hot weather the lord & butler product melted in the box. Customer Services we’re fab as usual and I am awaiting a replacement product which I am looking forward to using. Given the price of the box I am extremely pleased and happy as I have been with previous TOYL boxes.
