I thought I’d bring you some good news!

There’s doom and gloom everywhere, isn’t there? Covid is still around (I should know), the situation in the Ukraine is overwhelming with horrors and here, inflation is set to rise above 10% this year. I can understand how many of you are feeling.

At TOYL Towers we’re being hit with price rises too. This week, we enjoyed our courier company telling us of an 8% increase for the coming year, only for them to retract within minutes as they’d got their figures wrong! Goods are becoming more expensive to us because the raw ingredients for brands are on the rise, it’s a vicious circle, isn’t it?

That’s why I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about you, our customers. You’re under pressure all round and I’ve always thought that TOYL should be an oasis in the month, a treat, something to enjoy. It’s why we’ve never had a contract that you are tied into and you can pause at any time, giving you control of which boxes you have and when, so that TOYL never becomes a source of pressure to your busy midlife.

However, our costs have gone up. No point in sugar coating it but here’s the thing. I have made the decision that if you are currently a subscriber then the cost of your TOYL box will stay exactly the same for at least the next 12 months. There will be no price increase, to you at all, it’s what I think is right and it gives you certainty.

There are rules, of course.

If you are an existing subscriber then your TOYL Monthly box will remain at £35.00 for at least the next 12 months. At least! At this stage I can't guarantee beyond 12 months because who knows what happens with World events (you couldn't make it up, could you?) but I am genuinely looking at what we can do this time in 2023 to keep pricing keen for you.

You can, of course, pause at any time, no problem, just like usual.

However, if your cancel your subscription (rather than pause) then that price lapses and, if you later decide to return you will be on our new price of £39.99 per month.

From 28^th March 2022, the visible pricing of the box will be £39.99, but you will be charged £35.00, so long as you stay a subscribed customer.
We are also giving you this code so that if you want to join yourself, or refer friends they have until midnight on Sunday 27^th March 2022 to sign up and get the box at £35.00 per month (with £5 off their first box!).

NEW SUBSCRIBERS

Anyone who signs up before midnight on 27th March 2022 will get the box at £35.00 per month for at least the next 12 months.
